These cookies are an homage to those beautiful woven Nantucket lightship baskets.... and the technique for creating the edible "scrimshaw"  (made from gum paste and edible pigment) is one I've perfected over the past few months.  We're offering the basket lid cookies in two sizes and we've priced these individually, with a minimum order of 12.  Please let us know in the Comments field which "scrimshaw" images you'd like to have on your cookies.  We'll need 2 weeks to fill your order.
